What exactly do I receive?
A PDF, sized for reading on a phone as easily as on a laptop. The download link arrives by email at the address entered at checkout. Nothing is posted and no physical item exists.

Can I get a refund?

Do I need an account?
No. Checkout asks for an email address so the file has somewhere to go. Nothing else is required and no subscription is created.
Which currency am I charged in?
